The view expands across the entire bay including a magical view of Julian Rocks, and sweeps up to the hinterland backdrop towards Brunswick Heads for gorgeous sunsets. Clarkes Beach, The Top Shop, the Bay Grocer and town are just a short 10 min stroll away.
The street is extremely private and quiet - just 2 neighbours and a nature reserve to the south. The house is not overlooked by other properties and so is ideal for those desiring anonymity. The Lookout is perfectly set up for extended family living with two dwellings where two generations or extended friends/family can holiday, cook and be together as a unit, but otherwise enjoy their own space when they want to.
Multiple indoor and outdoor zones cater to everyone's needs and help facilitate a more relaxed holiday time together e.g. pool and deck for children, large entertaining deck and a chill lookout deck, plus gym/yoga room, media room and rumpus room.
Note the backyard is large but sloped and rustic so not a manicured lawn environment and not ideal for lawn bowls but for lawn rolls! There is access from the backyard to Ruskin Lane which gives a great shortcut into town.

- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond will be processed the week leading up to arrival.
