Perfectly positioned in the heart of Byron Bay, Studio 9 is a short stroll from a range of dining and entertainment options in town, plus boutique shopping and your pick of health and wellness activities. Choose from two pristine beaches, with Belongil Beach and Main Beach a short stroll away. With surround street parking not requiring a permit, guests can leave the car at home and explore all that Byron Bay has to offer on foot.

Lovely and inviting, the open plan living, dining and cooking space at Studio 9 has double height ceilings with maximum glazing, letting in lots of natural light. Relax on the sofa watching Netflix or use the complimentary wifi to catch up on news on your device. The sleek and modern kitchenette features a stone benchtop with seating, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, small fridge and coffee machine, so you don’t have to leave the studio for those cosy days and nights in.
This lovely studio space is open in design but includes a loft-style open elevated bedroom with a queen bed.

Small in size but big in facilities, Studio 9 has access to a shared magnesium swimming pool which is heated to 28 degrees, forming part of the adjoining property. Beach towels are supplied for extra convenience.
Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly.

Walk only 400m to the beautiful Belongil Beach and only a fraction further to swim, surf and catch some sun at Main Beach.

- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond. A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
