Direct tram access to the city via South Melbourne ensures that you are close to all the action of this vibrant city.
From the moment you open the front door you will feel welcomed into this smart, compact apartment. Entering the open plan living area you will instantly be struck by colourful yet tasteful and artistic design elements that are found throughout this one bedroom space. From the timber flooring that flows throughout the kitchen and living area to the luxurious carpet underfoot in the master bedroom, no detail has been overlooked.
The art- inspired master bedroom offers flexible bedding options with a king bed that can be split into 2 singles if required. Full width double built- in wardrobes offer great storage, with mirrored doors reflecting the window opposite for a light and breezy atmosphere. Should you wish to shut out the light or temperature then stylish block out drapes can be drawn for peace and comfort at night.
The living area has been tastefully furnished with both style and comfort in mind, with colourful artwork framing a comfortable 2.5 seater leather lounge, perfect for watching a range of programs on Netflix.
From the balcony enjoy views over the neighbouring rooftops as well as a glimpse of the palm-fringed bay at the end of the road. A small table and 2 seats along with a BBQ are perfect for those long balmy quintessential Aussie Summer evenings.
A small open plan study is located near the front door, offering the perfect working environment with no direct light affecting the space. Furthermore it also offers a pull out single bed, perfect for a child should you be visiting on a family break.
You will find Miele appliances in both the kitchen and European laundry, while the clean and modern bathroom is adorned with classic white marble tiling and an oversized glass framed shower.
The apartment offers a secure entrance, inverter split system for heating & cooling and a communal rooftop terrace boasting amazing bay and city views.
For short stays you will find parking within a minute or two’s walk of the apartment and is charged from $8 for 12 hours. For long stays of 28 days or more we can offer free stacker parking on site.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $400 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
