The front bedroom has French doors opening onto a small private garden and offers a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Both have built-in robes. From the comfort of the living room you enter the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which overlook the landscaped courtyard. Here you can relax, entertain and enjoy a BBQ. The bathroom is a good size, offering a shower over bath, single vanity and toilet. There are also laundry facilities. Ducted heating throughout the house and reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room ensure year round comfort.
A train from Clifton Hill Station, a short walk away, will take you the 5kms to the CBD,or 3kms to the MCG for the big games. There is a great local cafe and a pub close by and Clifton Hill village is also within easy reach. Venture a little further afield and discover the vibrant restaurant and cafe scene in neighbouring Northcote and Fitzroy.

  • A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • Bond of $400 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
