Bella Bay Apartment 1 is located in the heart of Yamba, the little beachside location where holiday dreams are made. This cool coastal town, positioned at the mouth of the Clarence River, has a sleepy, fishing village vibe but is bursting with things to do. Choose from multiple different beaches offering surf breaks or slow waves and devour a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, cinema and retail offerings in the small but mighty town. For fishing and boating enthusiasts, there’s lots of options and for the land-lovers, visit the Fishermans Co-op for delectable seafood, directly off the trawler. Drive just a little out of town to the iconic Angourie Point for sun, surf and sand, plus the famous and family friendly green and blue rock pools.
From Bella Bay, wander literally 100m across the road to access Yamba Beach via a grass track and experience the spectacular ocean pool, as well as waves if you choose. Also across the road is the iconic Pacific Hotel and just a few more steps away is the Yamba Lighthouse, both promising spectacular panoramic ocean views.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
