The Bella Bay apartments comprise open plan, light-filled living and dining spaces, with the upstairs apartment also including a separate sunshine soaked sitting room. The upstairs apartment also offers views of the ocean and Lighthouse.

Both apartments in Bella Bay have 1 x brand new fresh, white bathroom, each including a shower, single vanity and toilet.
A shared laundry is located downstairs for Bella Bay Apartments 1 and 2 and includes a Miele stack style washing machine and dryer.
Gather outside in the shared yard - lay in the shade of the wise old tree or sit on the lush green grass soaking up the Yamba sun. There’s a BBQ, ready for you to share meals with friends and family.

Bella Bay sits in the sought-after holiday destination of Yamba and is perfectly positioned for your best beachside holiday. Directly across the road is Yamba Beach - scoot down the grass track to spend the day in the sun, surf and sand or swimming laps in the famous ocean pool. Finish up with a beer and burger (and to drink in those amazing ocean views) at the Pacific Hotel, Yamba’s iconic pub, and wander 50m home when you’re done. For more ocean views, walk 100m to Yamba Lighthouse, perched on the top of Pilot Hill. A short 100m stroll into town will give you access to a variety of boutique homewares stores, practical convenience stores, such as a mini supermarket, a petrol station and a bait and tackle shop, plus a diverse selection of eating options, from Thai to Italian, modern Australian and more.
Take a riverside stroll along the Clarence River, fish in many of Yamba’s waters and be sure to sample some of the impossibly fresh seafood, direct from the trawler. Work your way around Yamba’s beaches to experience something a little different at each - slow waves, good surf and rock walls are just some of the features Yamba serves up. Drive a little out of town to Angourie for excellent surf and family friendly Green and Blue rock pools.

- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
